This website helps you prepare an inquiry to Wemela. It does not create an event account or collect attendee or payment information.

Your inquiry

Form entries are held in page memory, not saved by Wemela to browser storage. Your browser may retain or autofill fields according to your settings. When you choose to open an email draft, your details are passed to your chosen email application. You decide whether to send it.

If you email us, we use your name, contact details, organization, and event outline to respond and discuss your event. Email sent to our Wemela address is forwarded to a mailbox managed by our team. Your email provider, our forwarding provider, and our mailbox provider process the message under their own policies. Do not send attendee lists or sensitive personal information.

Retention & requests

We keep inquiry emails for up to two years after the inquiry is resolved, then delete them.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry by emailing hello@wemela.com.

Website data

This page uses no analytics, advertising trackers, marketing cookies, or third-party embeds. Fonts and brand assets are served with the site. This website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel processes technical request information, including IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and secure the site. Provider-held logs follow Vercel’s applicable retention and privacy policies.
